TWICE’s Momo Purchases Lavish Villa in Guri Valued at 3 Million USD

Twice’s Momo recently purchased a lavish villa in Archiul Village, Guri, Gyeonggi Province, paying approximately 4.27 billion KRW (3 million USD) in cash.

According to court registration documents dated October 31, TWICE’s Momo singed a contract and purchased a 221 m² luxury unit in the Arcadia Signature complex in Acheon-dong, Guri, on October 23 for 4.27 billion KRW (roughly 3 million USD). The transaction was fully paid and ownership officially transferred on the same day.

Arcadia Signature Complex is a lavish villa complex featuring two basement levels and four above-ground floors, completed in May 2023.

Archiul Village has gained the nickname “Artists Village” has been home to notable figures such as novelist Park Wan Seo, painter Lee Seong Ja, and printmaker Choi Ji Sook. The area evolved significantly after the construction of a four-lane road connecting Guri to Seoul’s Gwangjang-dong and the removal of a greenbelt in 2006, paving the way for detached homes and luxury villas. Today, the neighborhood offers a quiet, semi-rural lifestyle with convenient access to Seoul, attracting many prominent residents.
